Clause 1

Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account with wick71, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. wick71 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals under the age of 21. Players who are found to be underage will have their accounts closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and all deposits will be returned minus any bonus funds utilised.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, or close associate of wick71 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners.
• You accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in their entirety.
• You have not previously had an account with wick71 that was closed, suspended, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.

Each player may hold only one registered account at wick71.app. In the event that multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether through shared device identifiers, IP addresses, payment methods, or personal details — wick71 reserves the right to suspend all such accounts, void any associated wagers and winnings, and recover any bonus funds that have been utilised.

Clause 2

Account Verification (KYC)

wick71 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to provide documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any stage, including but not limited to:

• Upon registration or at the time of your first withdrawal request.
• When your account balance or cumulative deposits reach a specified threshold.
• Where wick71's risk or compliance team identifies unusual account activity.
• Where required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Acceptable verification documents may include a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and recent utility bills or bank statements for address verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension. wick71 handles all verification documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Clause 3

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the wick71 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳50. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other methods as displayed within your account at the time of transaction. Payment methods available may change at any time without prior notice.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed, and any winnings generated from funds deposited in this manner will be void.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. wick71 reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Processing times: wick71 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and verification requirements. wick71 accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
• Transaction fees: wick71 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees, which are outside wick71's control.

Clause 4

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

From time to time, wick71 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated within each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are met. If you request a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements, your bonus balance and any winnings accrued from it will be forfeited.
• wick71 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, including in cases of suspected abuse or system error.
• Players who are determined to be exploiting promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other forms of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for potential suspension.

Clause 5

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Play

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wick71 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise interact with the platform on your behalf.
• Collusion with other players to influence the outcome of any game or bet.
• Exploitation of software errors, malfunctions, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed by wick71.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using wick71 as a conduit to transfer funds between payment accounts without genuine gaming intent.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your mobile wallet provider in bad faith. wick71 reserves the right to suspend accounts and pursue recovery of funds where chargebacks are made fraudulently.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person, or allowing any third party to access or operate your account.

Clause 6

Game Rules, Malfunctions, and Dispute Resolution

All casino games, sports betting markets, lottery draws, and other wagering products offered on wick71 are subject to the individual game rules published by the respective game providers. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.

• Malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a technical malfunction affects the outcome of a game, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play time specified in the applicable sports rules, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless a specific result has already been determined.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, the player must submit a formal dispute to the wick71 support team at [email protected] within 72 hours of the disputed event. wick71's decision on all disputes is final, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
• Display errors, incorrect odds, and mis-priced markets do not entitle a player to winnings at the erroneous price. wick71 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds or prices.

Clause 7

Account Closure, Suspension, and Termination

Either party may close a wick71 account at any time. Players wishing to close their account should contact the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

wick71 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Deposit of funds from a third-party payment account.
• A self-exclusion request made by the player or by a third party acting under a valid legal authority.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring wick71 to restrict access to certain players or jurisdictions.

Where an account is closed or suspended due to a breach of these Terms, wick71 reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances, void any pending wagers, and deduct any costs or losses arising from the breach from the player's withdrawable balance before processing any refund.

Clause 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the wick71 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, brand identity, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of wick71 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any wick71 content or software.

Clause 9

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wick71 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service.
• Delays, failures, or errors in payment processing attributable to third-party mobile wallet providers.
• Loss of data or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
• Events beyond wick71's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit wick71's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Clause 10

Responsible Gaming

wick71 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. If you believe your gaming activity is causing financial, emotional, or personal harm to yourself or others, please contact the wick71 support team immediately at [email protected]. You may also request a self-exclusion at any time. wick71 takes all self-exclusion requests seriously and will action them promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in place, wick71 will not knowingly accept deposits or wagers from the excluded player for the duration of the exclusion period.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal data is collected and processed by wick71 in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by wick71, subject to any legal or regulatory retention obligations. Requests relating to personal data should be submitted to [email protected].

Clause 12

Governing Law and Severability

These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming operation. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
